Application

In order to plan for the upcoming season, the project requests that students send the application as soon as possible. The goal is to get an idea of how many students are considering joining the project for the summer. This application is not binding, but will hold your place on the team and helps the staff to plan and negotiate for the summer.

Application Deadline - Feb 25th, 2009 - 500 deposit due Feb 25th.
Full Payment Deadline - May 15th

All applicants are required to submit the following:
1) Application
2) Medical Form (physical medical examination)
3) Assumption of Risk and conduct and behavior form
4) Copy of the information page of your passport (if available)
5) Payment
6) Application for summer school admission (if you are taking credit through SWBTS)
